Six Thinking Hats Training

THE SIX
HATS

Six Thinking Hats training is fast-paced, practical, and interactive. Participants learn how to separate emotion from facts, the positive from the negative and critical thinking from creative thinking.

Easy to Use

Six Thinking Hats is a flexible and easy-to-use thinking process that leads to amazing results with innovative thinking, improved communication, and reduced meeting time.

Parallel Thinking

The Six Thinking Hats encourages Parallel Thinking. Confrontation is replaced by a cooperative exploration of the subject. It encourages the sharing of information, reduces argument, and allows talkers to think and thinkers to talk, even those who are typically more reserved.

Collective Intelligence

Six Thinking Hats is a simple and practical way of using the collective intelligence of a group to increase the quality and quantity of ideas in meetings whilst dramatically shortening meetings, (up to 75% time saving).
